Introducing the MicroPOISE™ Manual Plastic Card Feeder

Description

Simple and easy to use plastic card manual feeding system.

Fits onto all MicroPOISE™ machine hot stamping hologram application machine versions for production and personalisation of ISO standard plastic cards.

Typical production volumes using this manual feeding device would be 1000 cards per day. For higher volumes we recommend our Automatic card feeder.
Flexibility is the key to the MicroPOISE™ and POISE™ machines success to date. Therefore Security Foiling has ensured that the manual plastic card feeder can be added to any MicroPOISE™ machine to meet customer requirements. Cards can be fed either portrait or landscape to suit foil, die or print orientation.

The Manual Plastic Card Feeder is an attachment and therefore can be purchased with a new machine or sold as a kit to upgrade all MicroPOISE™ machines.

Maximum Speed
 Typical feeding speeds will be between 250 and 1250 cards per hour, but the MicroPOISE™ Mk2 machine can process above 2500 impressions per hour making the limiting factor the speed of manual feeding.
