A single ID card OVD application system – full system control via a unique access control package
Why use Point of Issue Security with ID cards?
1. The risk of unissued valid cards being stolen without the knowledge of the issuing body is greatly reduced
2. The risk of ‘cloned’ cards is greatly reduced as the OVD application system is an integral part of the issuing system
3. The risk of valid cards being issued to staff that have not passed security clearance is greatly reduced
4. The OVD application is auditable and controlled

How does it work?
1. To validate the card after all personnel security checks have been completed
2. To control the issuing of cards with a clear validation process and mark
3. The issuing process is controlled at all times as the OVD application is the last process
4. Validated cards are not held in quantity and therefore cannot be stolen
5. The issuing process ensures that each card is traceable and validated by the OVD application
