We have now opened the service to all UK printers looking to outsource hologram application print work.

Our specialist hologram applicators are capable of processing hot stamping applications at up to 6000 impressions per hour onto many substrates including A4 sheet, sprocket-fed paper and ISO standard size PVC cards.

Already over 3 million security features have been applied over various applications including:

• University Certificates
• Cheques
• Tickets
• Vouchers
• ID & loyalty cards

Typical security features applied:

• Registered single image Holograms
• Wallpaper Holograms
• Regular hot stamping text and logo
• OVD’s - Securigrafix, Photografix ; Datafoil
• Embossing/Debossing with and without hot stamping foil

As well as security holograms, the company can carry out embossing, de-bossing, signature panels and scratchoff products.
The hologram applicators are capable of processing image application at up to 6000 impressions per hour onto sheet and sprocketed paper as well as ISO standard size PVC cards

The unique application system registers holograms individually applying up to 15 images per document – each image being independently registered before being applied to the substrate.

The hologram application service presently has a capacity of up to 1 million images per month.
